Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for well-trained, motivated, dynamic, adaptable and conscientious mental health professionals who care about clients and their clients’ outcomes. Our health providers need to be able to provide comprehensive mental health services focused on helping English-speakers achieve and maintain positive mental health.

TMH Okinawa Mihama Therapy Office (Chatan, Okinawa – Japan)
You would be providing psychological therapies and psychological evaluations for English-speaking clients referred to our TMH Okinawa Mihama therapy office, near American Village, in Okinawa, as well as providing supervision and clinical leadership. The position is full time, with work visa support, social insurance and national health insurance, 40hr per week. Japanese language not required.
Licensed Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Social Worker or Psychotherapist
TMH Okinawa Mihama Therapy Office (Chatan, Okinawa – Japan)
You would be providing individual counseling/therapy, (as well as couples and family therapy where qualified) for English-speakers referred to our TMH Okinawa Mihama therapy office, near American Village, in Okinawa. Opportunities for supervising other members of the team where qualified. The position is full time, with work visa support, social insurance and national health insurance, 40hr per week. Japanese language not required.

TMH Okinawa Mihama Therapy Office (Chatan, Okinawa – Japan)
You would be providing individual counseling/therapy, (as well as couples & family therapy, and evaluations/assessments where qualified) for English-speakers referred to our TMH Okinawa Mihama therapy office, near American Village, in Okinawa. Positions available for 10-20 hours per week. Applicants with 2 years experience and full license preferred. We cannot offer visa support for part-time positions.
