如何設立和家人之間的界線 (中文)

Here is a message from Anne to our Chinese-speaking blog readers: 長期離鄉背井工作,偶爾會有想家的時候。「回家」是否有時候讓你感到沉重呢?面對家人的期待與價值觀上的不同,是否讓你對回家這個選項卻步呢?有時太直接拒絕的話很難說出口,怕照顧自己需求的同時被貼上了「不孝」的標籤。 你知道嗎?其實,和家人之間的界線其實可以看起來像這樣:·謝謝你的關心,不過這是我自己的決定·我尊重你的價值觀跟信念,但我有自己的想法·我不會再在家庭紛爭裡負責當中間人調解了·請你停止,評論我的體重是不恰當的·再繼續沒禮貌的評論我的生活方式,我就不會繼續分享了·我知道你很挫折,但我不想一起八卦·我認為我的伴侶應當受到尊重,不然我們不會再來拜訪·請不要再問我們什麼時候生小孩了,這樣是在對我們的關係施加壓力 遇到不尊重的人,就算是家人,好好保持距離才能保持自己的身心健康喲。 若您在設立和他人的界線時遇到困難,想尋求專業幫助的話,歡迎來信詢問、預約,東京心理諮商中心很高興能成為您在海外的資源。 Click here to book an appointment with one of our […]
