Tokyo Mental Health Shintomi Therapy Office offers face-to-face counseling, psychotherapy and psychological services with English-speaking counselors, therapists and psychologists. Our aim is to make high quality counseling and psychotherapy treatment readily available in Tokyo for the foreign community and returnees, for whom accessing an English counselor or therapist in Tokyo can be difficult. We provide therapy, counseling, and psychological testing for adults, adolescents and children, individuals, couples and families.

Psychiatry Clinic at American Clinic Tokyo
Dr Andrew Kissane holds a psychiatry clinic 3 days per week at American Clinic Tokyo, situated between Tameike Sanno subway station and the American Embassy in Akasaka.
The American Clinic Tokyo is focused on providing medical care in English to the foreign community in Tokyo. All staff have native-level English. Psychiatry consultations are available at the clinic on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays throughout the year. We provide native English psychiatry services: as well as all consultations being in English, the approach is distinctively Western, collaborative, and supports patient autonomy and informed decision-making about treatment.
