Hikari Sakai is an UK-trained psychotherapist and counsellor who has been practising as a qualified therapist for about 10 years. She has experience in working with depression, anxiety, personality disorder, trauma, and for those who suffered from multiple social deprivation and major life challenges, including bereavement, offering management and support for work-related stress, relationship issues and physical illness. She employs a humanistic approach and in particular, existential therapy with some influence from other modalities.

Poorna has experience working with diverse groups of clients, from older adults, both with and without dementia, young adults facing issues like substance misuse, personality disorders, self-harm, and eating disorders, to children dealing with mental health challenges such as autism and ADHD. Poorna employs a therapeutic approach that combines psychodynamic principles with offering a space to incorporate artistic mediums like sketching, drawing and colouring at the client’s pace, all the while emphasising the use of mindfulness-based tools.

Amanda Stradling holds a Master of Social Work from Boston College where she graduated with academic honors. She is currently a Licensed Master Social Worker in the State of New York, working towards her clinical license. As a social worker, Amanda’s therapeutic approach focuses on the importance of human relationships and the dignity and self-worth of her clients. Using a strengths based approach, Amanda and her clients work together to develop new skills and strengthen their most meaningful relationships.
